My shipping address is wrong, what now?
Contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will adjust your address before it has been shipped. If it already has been shipped, and the parcel is lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Keep in mind this is a mistake from your side, but we will do our best to assist you.
What is the shipping time?
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days.
For the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer 1 day shipping. Order before 22:30 and it will be delivered the following day.

What movements are in ASTOS watches?
All ASTOS watches features fully automatic mechanical movements. These movements have been chosen for their reliability and precision to ensure you optimal performance.
Note that all mechanical watches have a variation of a few seconds per 24 hours. This is the same for all mechanical watches regardless of price, and is caused by the nature of mechanical watch movements themselves.
Are the watches water resistant?
Most of our watches are water resistant. Please look at each watch's specifications to see the water resistance level, if applicable. Keep in mind that the amount of water your watch can handle, depends on the water resistance level. If a watch is water resistant, it does not immediately mean it is safe to swim with. Locate the water resistance level, and perform quick search to know how resistant it actually is.
You do not have to worry about sweat or rain damaging your watch. We do however advice against submerging your ASTOS watch as sudden movements will increase the water pressure on the case and can potentially let in water.
How do I maintain my ASTOS watch?
ASTOS Watches have been designed to be extremely low maintenance. This includes no unnecessary complications for a reliable performance, and a design that is easy to clean without special cleaning tools. Simply wipe off any build-up of dirt with a damp cloth.
Note: The silicone strap is not sensitive to water like leather straps, so simply clean it anyway you would clean other accessories.
The automatic movement is fully serviceable and repairable, meaning should it stop and not start ticking again when moved around, it can be repaired by any skilled watchmaker or repair shop.
We recommend having your mechanical watch serviced every few years to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
How do I wind my ASTOS watch?
An automatic watch does not have a battery, instead it has a winding mechanism with a power reserve that keeps your watch ticking. To wind your watch, use your thumb and index finger to turn the crown clockwise until you feel resistance. Once you feel resistance your watch is fully wound and the power reserve will keep your watch running — even when you take it off. Note that it can take up to 30-50 rotations to fully wind your watch. As you wear the watch or move it around, the rotor inside the case will automatically wind your watch for continuous operation, manual winding is only needed if your watch has stopped completely.
Returns & Exchanges
What do you do with used watches that are returned?
They will be vaulted and never sold again. You will always get a brand new ASTOS watch.
When can I expect my refund?
It can take 3-5 business days from the moment you receive a refund confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days in all cases. If you still did not receive your refund, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
You can find more information about returns in our refund policy in the footer of the website.
Can I exchange my watch?
Yes, but only for a watch of the same price. The watch you bought also has to be in the original package when it arrives, unopened. You have to contact us for shipping instructions. Once we receive the package, we will ship out the requested product.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Contact us immediately and make sure to describe the issue. If eligible, we will give you a return address to which you can return it for an exchange or a refund.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel when I ship it back?
We will only refund you the shipping costs if there was a defect with your purchase up to 10 EUR. If the shipping cost exceeds this amount, you will be responsible for the remaining amount.
